You and the moon are a beautiful sight to me.
The stars in your eyes make it really hard to see you.
A night in the sun is all I really want,
You and me with the best of both for once.
Night breaks.
My heart could not ache any more.
Am I that easy to ignore?
You let your song blow right through me.
Your mighty intellect makes you mighty hard to see.
Will there come a time for me to be more to you more to me?
Night breaks.
My heart could not ache any more.
Am I that easy to ignore?
~Leigh Nash~
Well, this song certainly was NOT written with You in mind!

HHNT!
Beautiful. Love that stretch.
ReplyDeleteIgnore? hardly. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteThat is a fantastic picture! Nope, nobody could ignore you, you're just too memorable.
ReplyDeleteYou're not easy to ignore when lying across the pool table groping for the cue. Looks like a good night. HNT
ReplyDeleteNo - you are not that easy to ignore!
ReplyDeleteYou look so sad there!
HHNT
PS - and I've got a good idea what that other hand is doing under the table. ;)
ReplyDeleteIt is unfortunately true that it is all to easy to ignore the ones closest to your heart because they are already so much a part of you. And it can hurt - very much. We just need to remember that and do something about it before it's too late. Thanks for the reminder.
ReplyDeleteHappy HNT
If you are ever ignored I am sure it was an over sight and only temporary. Most interesting words. I like Lapis Rubers take on it. And I love the pose and the affect on the photo. The pose was already rather interesting to begin with but the affect just adds a little, I do not, maybe mystery to it. Very nice Lime. You have such a wonderfully creative mind.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm aching to reach out and grab your hand and pull you in for a hug.
ReplyDeleteI feel strange that I posted pictures of us having so much fun when you appear to be in pain.
{{{ Hugs }}}
Like the lyrics but that picture scares me a bit! Sort of blair witch-ish in focus :) God love ya!
ReplyDeleteCool pic - works nicely with the lyric....Happy HNT!
ReplyDeleteYou are one not to be ignore. Here's a great big HUG!! to let you know you are not alone out there.

I'm sorry sweetie, but as soon as I saw your photo, all I could think of was that commercial with the old lady at the bottom of the stairs yelling, "I've fallen....and I CAN'T GET UP!"
ReplyDeleteHappy HNT!
What an awesome picture - I love it.
ReplyDeleteOh, that picture and post is just heartbreaking. :-( HHNT hon.
ReplyDeleteNo way I could ignore that awesome picture or your stiring words. HHNT
