Yes, the summer shes a gone. It get dark so early now and we haev lost almost an hour of sunlight in the mornings. I remember rushing up out of bed to try and get a 6:05 am sunrise picture. Now I can sleep in.

Lime - sorry I've been missing so many of your posts lately. Sure, I pop in, but they are all so cool I just can't leave a teensy comment and then run away so I end up not leaving anything. Just a bit unsettled these days - and trying to get my plan in place. Your pictures are always so thoughtfully posed. BTW - that background of trees is fabulous. Is that your yard? *sigh* Beautiful.

Summer has definitely gone up here. I'm in the Northern Rockies at Fort Nelson, BC today and the fall colors are amazing! Sun is setting a bit sooner today too. Noticed that as we were driving up :)
I would do likewise......but I don't have the proper equipment to ensure that the whole thing wouldn't just slip down. I wonder if they make them with elasticated tops!
