I Am Not Making This Up

Moose had this quiz on her blog and I had to take it. I answered honestly and did not tweak any answers in an attempt to manipulate the results. Believe it or not this is what I came up with. It would seem I was destined for my date with a zipline.

You Should Fly on a Trapeze

Some people may call you a daredevil. Others would call you an adrenaline junkie.
(I believe my mother, and not a few other people, just called me foolish.)

But for you, it's not about the risk - it's all about the reward.
(It's about remaining a kid and the adrenaline rush.)

You crave freedom. And flying on a trapeze is the closest you'll get to that freedom.
(The sudden landings are not terribly freeing though.)

The rush of doing something humans weren't born to do is amazing. And you're willing to put your life in danger to experience it.
(Shaddup, just shaddup. Yes, I'd go on a zipline again but only with a harness or a net from now on!)

  1. You Should Walk on Stilts

Your biggest talent is your ability to make people laugh.
And like most comedians, you'll do anything to get a people roaring.

You know how to work a crowd. You are witty, but you are also great at physical comedy.
But you'll leave the daredevil stunts to other people... you don't need them to get your applause.

    Are they calling me short???

  7. Ha! Big surprise, Lime!

    I came out the Puppeteer...

"You are an entertainer - pure and simple.
You know how to engage an audience. You are a natural storyteller.

You are naturally dramatic, even when life doesn't call for drama.
Luckily though, you save most of your drama for your stellar performances."

I could live with that. :-)

  9. Like Craver, I should be a puppeteer. And I never even thought of myself as a string-puller.

  11. The famous Daffy Duck ditty comes to mind...
    She was an acrobat's daughter
She swung through the air on a noose
    But one matinee
    Her bridgework gave way
And she flew through the air like a goose...

LOL But you CRAVE freedom!!! Okay so the sudden landings are not terribly freeing, but just think you get to fly until you crash!! Where is your sense of adventure ;-)

  13. As long as you do it while wearing "good clothes" as dear RennyBA would say. Good clothes would be the Mowgli outfit, a crash helmet, elbow pads, knee pads, and harness.

I should juggle...You've got the talent to go far in life, but you don't really like to take risks.
You rather practice your well honed skills than put your life in danger.

You are agile and coordinated. You can work magic with your hands.
You truly mesmerize people. You don't have to resort to cheap tricks and gimmicks. .

  16. You know, it occurs to me that, if you flew on the trapeze (or hung from a zipline again) in that sexy green dress of yours rather than something "appropriate", you wouldn't be the only one getting an adrenaline rush from your performance! A future "Slice of Lime" perhaps? Just sayin'... ;-)

  23. Oh dear, no way! I can not believe that came up. Of course it was not about you and the zip line. It was about you and your dismount that you had the problem. Just don't go doing no more high wire work now...
