I don't want to remember the fear of that morning. I don't want to remember wondering about friends who worked in the towers. I don't want to remember wondering where the missing plane was headed. I don't want to remember watching the second plane crash into a tower and watching each tower crumple and vanish in turn. I don't want to remember weeping at the world I had brought children into. But I must remember. We all must remember and we must let it propel us toward building a future based on respect, on cooperation, on peaceful resolution. We cannot continue to move toward hate, toward mistrust, toward retaliation which draws more innocents into harm. We MUST move toward healing...for ALL.

Mmm. The important word here is "continue," I think. Indeed. And well said.
well said ... indeed ... sadly the idiots in charge only remember when its convenient.
The date snuck up on me this year. Thanks, Michelle. . .
What Daryl said makes me wonder if maybe only idiots want to be in charge
Then I thought about it a little further and realized that's almost totally wrong
Idiots only think they are in charge
Wise and powerful words. Yes, we must remember.
Very well said. We remember.
Agreed, 100%.
Amen Sistah!!!
