HNT-Brain Bucket & a Bonus

Yesterday, I announced the acquisition of one sweet ride, which is yet to be christened. Several of my readers were concerend about my safety and urged me to don a helmet. Given my propensity for loosing battles with gravity in rather dramatic fashion I can appreciate that. I want to assure everyone that I would never climb on the bike without a helmet. So to allay some fears, here I am protecting the noggin.

After another reader left a comment about the fresh lemons I got I decided to show Lemons and Lime too. And hey, that wall looks kind of raspberry-ish. It's a regular fruit bowl here!

Happy HNT!

I'm concerned that your head may be the cause of your problems.

With your history, you sure it's safe to get on a motor cycle with just a helmet? maybe you should look for a suit of armor? Happy HNT!

Fruit bowl! That's you all over LOL! BTW that 3/4 helmet with face sheild doesn't count as a brain bucket. That's only for true half helmets. Nowadays it's either full face or nothing for me. I promised myself a Harley for my one year anniversary 163 days hence. HHNT!

So what are you going to do now that you've been served lemons? Lemonade? Lemon pie? Or Limonecello?

OK, so Logo passed on the safety nazi thing, but I can't. I hope that is just an interim helmet. Full-face really is the safest and best bet.

Good to see you don't feel like using a helmet when you serve the Lemons:-)

hey, hit those lemons with your helmet on and you can have lemonaide. love the pics, HHNT

I'm glad to see that you're promoting bicycle safety. Way to be responsible!

I've tagged you, by the way!

The brain bucket is also known as a skid lid...lol! Now I have a helmut almost just like yours!

Oh man...that must mean I'm growing up...WTF!

glad to see you are being safe but did you ever consider one of those sumo wrestler suits that make you look 3 times as big? Good for you on the bike and I love that first pic. It is amazing how different you look.

Glad to see you have a helmet! The lemons are the real treat though. My mom's sister always sends us fresh lemons from her tree too. Makes THE best lemon meringue pie.
