Don't Think I'll Tell Her...

I got a text message from Diana saying she was making hamburger pie for dinner tonight. Later she texted me saying dinner was 'uber gross.' I think it might be cruel to tell her my MIL's neighbor brought us some delicious takeout meals from the local Italian restaurant.

Is that a sinister laugh I hear in the background?

I wouldn't tell either, just enjoy the luxury my friend. The luxury of someone else providing meals for us moms is a very rare thing. Hope you are having a good time and I am praying that your back gets better while you are away.

HUGS!

Hamburger Pie? I had that in the army and sort of liked it. But I'm weird and from the south, we'll eat anything.

Hummm, hamburger pie or Italian? I think I will take the Italian. Yummy. Good idea to leave out the details.

Those young cooks are always too hard on themselves...as long as no one died the meal was a success in my book..

Its okay. They will spoil it once before they learn,

They will also learn the cooking is not 'just doing nothing'

Have a good times & don't worry about the kids. I think they will find ways to fix something up ( which they like). After all, necessity is the mother of invention...
