Da Count-Gracie
Short and sweet this week. Gracie is older than Beulah the Minivan of Love was but the price was right. I'm very grateful to the friends who made her available to us. Here's hoping she has a lot of life left in her.
Gracie! As in George Burns And Gracie Allen? In any case, so nice to see the new addition to the family.
(Roddy The Wondercar came close to going to the great junkyard in the sky. He had full knee and hip replacements - shocks and struts - all around, as well as all of his vital fluids drained and replaced. Almost cost enough to consider putting him out to pasture, but we're not rich enough to buy another, so we'll live with the repair costs for now...)
Those vans with tinted windows are great! You can climb in the back and do whatever you want and no one can see you. I hate sharing my popcorn with anyone. Let then get their own.
If I know you, your mind was somewhere else. Admit it, back in the old days ........... Never mind, you know what I mean, naughty girl. ;-)
I just spent the last half hour thinking of you ... well, not like THAT, but I was watching an episode of Semi-Homemade and she was making tie-dyed cupcakes. I thought your family would treasure me giving you ANOTHER tie-dye option so here is the recipe ... http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/sandra-lee/tie-dyed-cupcakes-recipe/index.html

Congrats!!! I know that lightens your load. (Or at least carries it :)
Welcome Gracie...
Aah, freedom! Isn't it a relief to have the other vehicle? Congratulations on your new wheels.
Awwwww Gracie, what a darling name. Congrats on your sweet new ride.
:: raises glass... ok, cup of coffee ::
Here's to Gracie! May she be a reliable, stalwart and safe medium of transportation on all your adventures!
Great count! Cheers!
Well it looks like you'll all fit in there! Hurray!

I'm like Suldog - my first thought was of Burns & Allen. . .
Then I thought of Grace, as in 'gifts from Heaven', and how this will bless your life, and I smiled, and thought, how appropriate. . .
;)
hi gracie!
i think you are going to enjoy the Lime family. they are good people and they are a hoot too, so be prepared to laugh.

Enjoy your new wheels!
Ah, that's great. Good luck with the new ride.
“May good luck be your friend in whatever you do and may trouble be always a stranger to you.”
Or at least behind you only saw from the rear view mirror.
Glad you got a set of wheels...
Oh, what I would do for a mini van. Between two big kids and two big dogs.....that would be sweet.
Nice wheels....enjoy!
I thought I left a comment, but maybe I clicked on the wrong button and now it has disappeared.
I am pretty sure it was something witty to put a smile on your face or possibly cause you to shake your head in disbeliefe
OOPS! one "e" too many. Well, you can put that in your pocket and use it later. I'm sure someone will be missing an "e" sometime today.
wooot wooot for the new wheels!
Love the color...
Hope you're having a great summer with the kids....I can't believe it's almost over with already. Where DOES the time go?
Gracie,
Hide out whenever you see Mistress Lime carrying a paintbrush. Tie died is definitely not your style.
I'm with Suldog - First thought was Gracie Allen, my hero, one of the best female comedians ever. She and Gilda were the bomb.
