Raison d'Etre

We have an Easter tradition of taking one nice family picture and then half a roll or more of silly ones.  I was a little bummed this year when one kid was away for Easter and another was sick as a dog.  It meant no pictures.  We made up for it this weekend.  Calypso graduation from the camp program she's participated in for the last nine months.  We had a beautiful day for it and just in time for Mother's Day I got my silly pictures.

These people are crowding my space!

Nerdom

What's that thing there?

But they seem so normal...looks are clearly deceiving.

That pretty much sums it up.

It's just so easy to get carried away with the whole 'dysfunction' thing. . .

Awesome!

Moderate to mild dysfunction is under valued in our society if you ask me.

I seriously love these pictures! Looks like Personality is not something the limelets are deficient in, one bit!

This isn't dysfunction - it's just a case of BFS (Benign Familial Silliness).

One of my taglines has been "I'm not weird... I'm unique."

Seems that apparently I must be willing to share it. But I'm good with that... life needs more unique people. :)

Everybody (well, mostly everybody) always tries to get a seriously posed picture of family, but it's always the goofy ones that are most treasured!
