Two years ago, in a pinch, I dressed up a boxed cake mix with some raspberry flavoring. People went nuts. It has been a consistent request. I like to bake....from scratch. A coworker is having a milestone birthday this week. She requested these cupcakes. I spent the morning making them from scratch. I fiddled around with some recipes I have. They are dark chocolate raspberry cupcakes with raspberry cream cheese frosting. I call them Nipples of Venus...because I am just that saucy.
