I have a curious and cheap therapy for such days. I cough up a dollar and buy one lotto ticket figuring I can daydream about winning the big bucks and telling all the "individuals" who make life so interesting at work how much I will not miss them as I live the life on some Caribbean beach.
By the time of the drawing I usually feel better, if not I buy another ticket.
