Slice of Lime-Jugs!

The snow day yesterday was one thing. If you live around here you know that prior to a snow day people freak out and run to the grocery store for bread and milk. They might be snowed in for a few hours and starve to death otherwise. So for today's Slice of Lime I'm showing you my jugs.

Yes, I'm still in my pajamas and bathrobe and no, I haven't combed my hair. Just keeping it real, folks.

'Milk' jugs... heh!
I got 'jugs' on Tuesday night too, in preparation for the BIG FREEZE, but I made my own bread.

Milk, bread and eggs...those are the big three for me when a snowstorm is looming. French toast anyone? ;)

I wish I looked that good in the morning!

Me, I just need to be sure there is plenty of hot chocolate and wine.

That much milk would last about 3 months around here.

You wouldnt believe it, people do the same thing here when we are expecting a quarter inch of rain.

Two gallons at a time?
Next time maybe we can see your 'Bunny Slippers'?

Only a REAL woman would show off her jugs when they're so uneven. Bless you.

Your real is awful darn cute! I have a little pint of milk in my fridge that has been there since the week I got home from vacation. I don't drink milk...I am well stocked on yogurt and cheese though. Do people realize bread goes bad? So does milk? Buy bottled water, noodles, canned things :)

What I like about my not often enough visits here is the fact that you keep it real.

Next time show us your rack.

And I wouldn't have you any other way.. :)

Isn't booze and pizza more important than break and milk?

You know I almost came home with the Best Jugs trophy on the Bass Lake Bike Run... only problem was I just couldn't see myself participating in the wet t-shirt contest. Can't you just imagine your Mom coming over to visit and seeing your trophy sitting on the living room table? Try explaining that.

Nice jugs by the way!

Seriously? I thought the milk and bread stampede only happened around here where it snows only in Inauguration years! They actually freak out up north too?

Who knew?

Haha! When we were moving to our new building, I was wheeling my chair and a bunch of stuff to my new desk and I packed up my trash can and recycle bin and placed them in my chair.

One of the guys walked by (who I knew well enough not to be offended) and said "Nice Cans!"

I love it when you keep it real Lime! :)

With eyebrows--and a rack--like yours, who needs to brush her hair?
